Job duties

• Offering a hassle free experience to customers through closely project managing our client’s work from start to finish.
• Attend client meetings along with our Sales executive to understand requirements and provide solution and suggestion.
• Prepare quotation, site visit & measurement, setup planning, on site installation supervision
• Co-ordinates with clients, internal departments and contractors to schedule, plan and execute projects being assigned.
• To act as a contact point with various parties to ensure the effective running of project from the initial stage till completion of project
• Ensure all projects are conforming to the schedule and clients’ requirements
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in either printing, production house, event management is preferred
• Customer oriented, proactive, results driven and attention to detail
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Good time management and capable to handle multi-tasking and meeting tight schedule;
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator and training will also be provided
