Job Description

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Programmatic, this position requires a candidate who has a passion for digital media and Ad-Tech industry. You will be growing quickly, learning how the ecosystem of programmatic operates in the Hong Kong market from the one of the biggest agencies in the region.

We are looking for someone with junior exposure within a media/ digital agency or programmatic/Ad-Tech environments.

Responsibilities

  • Working with internal planning teams to delivery of strategy and practices, set KPIs and goals
  • Demonstrating advanced understanding of the display and video marketplace and RTB technology through different DSPs
  • Managing and trading programmatic campaigns across different verticals on OMGPG’s own trading desk.
  • Driving the initiative to recommend for the campaign strategy with internal planning teams.
  • Monitoring campaign delivery daily, providing actionable suggestions in campaign optimization and execution.
  • Troubleshooting programmatic buying and ad operations issues with third party vendors and guaranteeing campaign delivery with achievement of KPIs.
  • Providing post-buy reports & learning and identifying potential opportunities and directions to planning teams by advanced approaches in business analytics.
  • Reporting for billing system monthly with finance team to ensure the revenue steaming. 

Key Requirements

  • A University degree holder in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business related preferred
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese; written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of the programmatic space (DSP, Ad Exchange, trading desks)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint is a must)
  • Keen interest and understanding in digital technology, advertising and marketing
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Effective time-management and a team player
  • Good communications skill and team spirit attitude

Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
