Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Produces daily playlist by obtaining information, importing orders, and capturing commercial advertising schedules
- Updates Sales Managers on available inventory
- Assist Manager to monitors changes and resolves Traffic department discrepancies
- Work closely with all internal departments to meet all require deadlines (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Coordinate with Sales team, the production department, agencies and commercial providers to ensure all instructions and spots are received, input and delivered in a timely manner
- Assist on censorship process and maintain materials filing system
- Assist on ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in fast-paced business environment essential, media background is an advantage
- F.7 or above
- Fast and accurate typing
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work under pressure
- Hardworking and willing to work overtime
- Fluent English and Chinese in both spoken and written
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
