A global Marketing Communication Services company is now looking for an Account Director to manage multiple key accounts and engage in daily project activities.

As one of the leader in the Account Servicing team, you will be managing several sub teams, to lead and to drive the day-to-day ATL & BTL campaigns and manage clients relationship to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Account Managers and Executives
• Set parameters to ensure a clear direction and guidance to team members.
• Lead and serve clients at senior level to ensure smooth-going of business operations.
• Ensure effective day-to-day project activities by achieving clients' requirement and monitoring high-quality deliveries of service.
• Cooperate with clients and other functional units to explore, and build effective solution strategies to generate profitable results that satisfy both clients' needs and company's functional business goals.
• Conduct meetings to take briefs from client side, proposal presentation and road map processes alignment with clients in local offices
• Possess the ability to understanding clients' need and provide professional advice when consulting.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of account servicing experience in advertising, design, production agencies, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Prior experience in one more industries, could be FMCG, retail, financial and professional services etc)
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Excellent communications skills of written and verbal English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure
