Responsibilities:

• To photograph on-model and still life product images in accordance with Lane Crawford standards and guidelines
• To produce, deliver and manage high quality photography for the Lane Crawford website
• To update on-model and still-life shooting guidelines
• To work with stylists to maximize shoot time and minimize retouching and reshoots
• To monitor and manage all studio equipment, inventory and maintenance requests
• To support department by performing various studio tasks as required
• To perform image cropping, processing and transfer to retouching in line with file size specification guidelines
• To achieve weekly photography target
• To perform quality control on all images to ensure both color and lighting consistency are maintained as well as shooting record are captured with accuracy

 Requirements:

• Proven experience with digital cameras and lighting, experience in working in a studio environment preferred
• Fluent in Photoshop CS5/CS6, Capture One and networked computers
• Excellent attention to details
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organization skills
• A team player able to build strong working relationships
• Excellent ability to work under strict deadlines
• Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Photography Assistant position
