Work Duties

• Coordinate and liaise with clients to understand and follow through their needs and expectations
• Coordinate with internal and external working parties to ensure the smooth execution of projects
• Plan and execute a series of events, keeping track of multiple projects
• Assist to develop and laid down all event logistics, operation plans, venue arrangement, site applications (if any)

Requirement

• Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
• Preferably in marketing / Event management with relevant experience
• A mature, enthusiastic team player with a high level of attention to details
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Proficient PC skills including Word and PowerPoint; knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Immediately Available is highly preferable
