Our client, a boutique digital content marketing agency, creates integrated solutions for their client’s needs and wants.  They are searching for top notch sales professionals, from Sales Executives up to Sales Directors, to join their growing team.  

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Development Director you will:

• Sell the company’s service offerings to new and existing clients, with a consultative sales approach.  
• Analyze their client’s brands, products, and market to develop creative proposals for integrated solutions.
• Lead the Ad operation and creative teams for campaign delivery.
• Maintain great client relationships for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven successful track record in selling and meeting sales goals.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience for Sales Director level; anything below will be considered as Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
• Experience in media sales, digital, PR or media agency.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure and independently.
• Strong connections to advertisers.  
• Must have excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills in Cantonese & English, Mandarin a plus.
• Have a good understanding of digital & social media and the latest trends.
• Able to stay abreast of the latest technologies in the digital realm.
• University graduate in Business, Marketing Communications or related discipline.
