Responsibilities:

• To pre-authorize and approve all operational procedures including clinical, surgical, laboratory test, extra medication, physiotherapy, bonesetting, etc., to ensure UMP Corporate clients follow all these procedures during their operations
• To pre-authorize and approve all the quotations of surgical fee and get alignment / agreement with our panel doctors 
• To involve negotiations with insurance companies on surgical fee to ensure the fee that our Company received is aligned with the industry norm
• To coordinate and seeking of potential Specialist Practitioners and introduce to the management team to strengthen our panel specialist doctor pool
• To conduct surgical fee data analysis and comparing the data with Billing team to ensure the data consistency and making use of analysis results to derive potential business opportunities to strengthen the clinical business
• To provide strategical advice to management on strengthening the connections with our key accounts/ customers by organizing activities/ workshops such as healthcare seminars, mental health briefing, Gerontology topic sharing, etc.
• To lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team nursing assistants to ensure that the clinics and healthcare network are implemented effectively, consistently and according to the established guidelines, budgets and statutory requirement
• To conduct UMP clinical system (eClaims) training to our nursing assistant team when necessary
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirements:

• University/ College graduate in Healthcare Management/ Business Administration
• At least 8 years’ experience in Public or Private healthcare services
• Know-how to uphold the principles in service implementation, while ensuring compliance with the Group policy and practices
• Sound analytical skills and result-driven with strong initiative, integral and committed character
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Clinic visits are required
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills that enhance effectiveness with all levels of staff 
• Proficiency in PC software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
