Job Description
Our client is a market leading provider of medical products and solutions, they are now looking for a passionate, dedicated and solution – oriented people to join their team as the Head of Business Development to lead and head the business development and portfolio for their company.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients in both Hong Kong and Macau
- Responsible for the sales management, negotiation and to review the legal contracts or any further documentation
- Work closely with other departments including the account management and technical team when engaging new business
- Implement and follow up on all areas and stages of project development, preparing the proposals and assessing the risk of new and existing projects
- Manage client and media relations and related PR events
Requirements:
- Degree or above, preferably in Medical or Pharmacy
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience gained within the pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry from the strategic planning level down to programs execution level
- Proven experience in business development/ consulting business/ sales pipeline management
- Strong leadership skills including motivating, influencing and negotiating
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
