Requirements:
- Fully registered under the Hong Kong Medical Registration Ordinance
- With valid Annual Practicing Certificate issued by Hong Kong Medical Council
- Registered in the Specialist Register in the relevant specialty of the Medical Council of Hong Kong
- Being a member of medical protection society
