Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reception desk, pharmacy and associated duties
• Handle registration for appointment and surgical booking
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries
• Explain pre- and post-operative care instructions to patients
• Assist in drug dispensing, maintain record and inventory  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-initiated, patient-oriented and attentive to details
• Fluent Cantonese & English, good command in Mandarin is a plus
• Hands-on PC Knowledge
• Eye knowledge or OT experience is preferred

手術室助理
 

• 協助手術室清潔及消毒醫療儀器 
• 處理手術室一般事務

 要求:

• 中五程度
• 良好粵語、一般英語及懂讀寫中文
• 有責任感、細心及刻苦耐勞
• 有爐牌或相關工作經驗優先

Working Hour:      46 hours per week
