Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Service, maintain and install medical devices manufactured by Syneron-Candela, focusing in Hong Kong, but also support all APAC distributors
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with Syneron-Candela’s standard operating procedures
• Educate our customers in the maintenance and operation of their devices, including the provision of on-site education where necessary
• Provide technical support by telephone communications
• Respond in a timely manner to any emergency breakdowns and customer calls
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service visits, including updating the relevant database
• Maintain stock levels so as to cater for any breakdowns with minimal downtime
• Undertake repairs of Syneron-Candela devices in the workshop
• Candidates can expect to work outside of normal hours on occasion
• Helping in service contract renewals and finding new service business opportunities
• Overseas travel is a must, travel rate can be up to 70%

The role may also involve:

• Attending team meetings, online conferences and teleconferences, briefings and events as requested
• Attending trade shows, industry events and Syneron Candela sponsored activities. These normally take place outside normal business hours
• Acting as an ambassador for the company within the industry

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2 years related experience preferred, fresh graduate may also be considered
• Having service contract business experience will be a plus
• Proactive, independent and patient
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
