Our client is a well- known medical service provider in the world; they are now seeking high calibre to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales revenue and market  share by providing implant support, follow- up and technical support in hospital clinical and during EP cases
• Conduct product demonstration and trial surgery in order to promote company’s product with sales team
• Maintain close relationship with key customers and to support sales team’s account strategies
• Assist in the event trade shows, seminars and training sessions with the sales team
• Data collection on clinical studies
• Prepare quotation, tender and other paper work for customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Science/ Engineering/ Biomedical/ Engineering/ Medical
• At least 1 year of working experience in providing technical support in surgical device in hospital/ clinic, past experiences in operating room and familiar with general surgery would be a great advantage
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Candidates with less than 18- months technical support experience in the healthcare industry will also be considered
