Job Description
Purchasing Clerk / Officer
(Ref: JB20171209-PO)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchase application, contacting suppliers and conducting price comparison;
- Handle and prepare purchase order and delivery arrangement, as well as the return of the defect goods;
- Organizing and collect information of suppliers and customers;
- Responsible for inventory management and warehouse management;
- Carry product sourcing and recommend new products; and
- Outdoor work is required
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above, with 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred, with purchasing experience preferred;
- Honest and reliable, responsible, punctual and work attitude seriously;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power-point;
- Independent and strong communication skills;
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
- Experience in beverages, alcohol, and metal building materials is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
* Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Purchasing Officer.

要求:
- 中五程度或以上學歷,具1-2年相關經驗為佳,具備採購經驗優先
- 誠實可靠、有責任心、守時及工作態度認真
- 懂電腦操作 (例如:MS Word, Excel)
- 具良好溝通技巧及有責任心
- 有飲料、酒類、五金建材經驗者優先
- 即時上班者優先
