Purchasing Clerk / Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchase application, contacting suppliers and conducting price comparison;
• Handle and prepare purchase order and delivery arrangement, as well as the return of the defect goods;
• Organizing and collect information of suppliers and customers;
• Responsible for inventory management and warehouse management;
• Carry product sourcing and recommend new products; and
• Outdoor work is required

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above, with 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred, with purchasing experience preferred;
• Honest and reliable, responsible, punctual and work attitude seriously;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power-point;
• Independent and strong communication skills;
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; and
• Experience in beverages, alcohol, and metal building materials is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
•

工作職責：

• 負責採購申請，聯繫廠商，查詢價格
• 負責進貨訂單和結算，以及問題貨品的退貨
• 負責客戶和廠商資料的整理
• 負責管理存貨量和倉庫管理工作
  
• 負責搜集新產品和供應商，及推薦新產品
• 需外勤工作

要求：

• 中五程度或以上學歷，具1-2年相關經驗為佳，具備採購經驗優先
• 誠實可靠、有責任心、守時及工作態度認真
• 懂電腦操作 (例如：MS Word, Excel)
• 具良好溝通技巧及有責任心
• 有飲料、酒類、五金建材經驗者優先
  
• 即時上班者優先
