Job Description

• Identify new design in business opportunity & develop customer base.
• Provide overall leadership to the sales function HK & South China, with particular focus on management of all existing business relationship, new customers and increased market share in various segments will be the primary expectation.
• Build design in sales team, motivate team members, provide strategic and tactical support and guidance and ensure that sales plans are consistently met or exceeded.
• Meeting target sales plan and frequent managing of reporting and forecasting.
• Identify customer needs, market trends and analyze competitors.
• Develop market strategy and identify new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth.
• Build company reputation and brand in the region.
• To effectively handle all customer complaint appropriately within the minimum time frame.
• Identify areas of improvement and problem solving.

Requirement

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the electronics industries.
• Experience in EMC/inductors passive components is an added advantage.
• Excellent people and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization.
• Good technical knowledge and strong ability in development and design in supports to customers.
• Must posses strong entrepreneurship, leadership, people management skill, self motivated, result-oriented as well as cultural issues awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Able to travel frequently as and when required.
• Able to work beyond normal office hour.
