Responsibility:

• Support improvement projects in business planning, system, operation and logistic aspects
• Handle and monitor the related overall system and logistic project and report to Section Manager
• Acquire and analyse system specifications requirement with procurement operation users
• Coordinate system testing with procurement users and IT Department; lead and monitor the overall schedule and performance
• Provide constructive ideas and solutions according to business needs to Section Manager
• Assist Section Manager on KPI reports preparation, ad-hoc management reports and system budget handling
• Perform in-house training within Division and with business partners
• Supervise the daily duties of section members and report to manager regularly
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Supplier Chain Management, Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience especially in international trading
• Previous exposures in listed company or MNC is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written/spoken English and Mandarin
• Fluent in Japanese (passed in Japanese Proficiency Test Level 2 or above)
• Good analytical skills on reporting
• Good communication skill, well organized and willing to work under pressure as well as a good team player
