Responsibilities:

• Follow up orders with high diligence and accuracy to ensure excellent service level
• Work with ERP system: Inputting orders, issuing contracts, updating information etc.
• Maintain good relationship with factories / vendors during order follow-up process
• Sample management: Setting up, test, evaluate and dispatch product samples
• Direct report to Sales Director

Requirements:

• Form 7 graduate + first experience in order management (preferably in the field of Sporting Goods/Toys
• Structured, diligent and independent working style
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to assess challenges and devise adequate solutions
• Proficiency in MS office, Chinese word processing
• Willingness for regular travel to manufacturing sites in PRC
