Job Responsibilities:

• Provide duties with a comprehensive mind for our business development
• Conduct product sourcing, selection and evaluation
• Manage good communication with vendors, clients, other related parties
• Business agreement/contracts review, analysis and reporting
• Support all supplies and purchasing activities, handle purchase orders and other clerical and logistic supports.
• Monitor all purchased items in schedules, to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Develop OEM procurement plan and strategy with budget and cost control
• involve in monitoring the sell through, inventory and replenishment orders
• Maintaining professional approach at all times
• Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Love design & enjoy life
• Diploma/Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in retails, HOME DÉCOR INDUSTRY (luxury or international décor brand)
• Good command of written and presentation skills in in English and Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Well Organized, attention in details and good interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior S&P Executive.
