Responsibilities:

• Consolidate, maintain, check and process item data and pricing in AS400;
• Analyze, prepare and generate sales and merchandising reports;
• Liaise with other internal departments in our region and vendors;
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager.

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in related disciplines;
• Prior experience in merchandising field in Asia Pacific region is preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel (vlookup & Pivot Table) and Access. Knowledge of AS400 is an advantage;
• A good team player, well-organized and detail-minded;
• Strong numerical sense and logical mind, able to perform multi-tasks simultaneously and work under pressure;
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• 1-year contract basis, and subject to renewal.
