A 6 to 12 months program starting from mid-January 2018 of the main focus to facilitate the merchandising, buying and VM activities at APAC level.

Responsibilities

1.  Pre & Post Buy
    • Provide and compile assortment/kit templates
    • Pre buy assortment/kit review
    • Prepare Order forms for Duty Free Buy
    • Consolidate all orders per distribution channels

2.  Orders and Inventory Management
    • Order/Delivery follow up
    • Delivery problem diagnosis (working with commercial team to provide solution
    • Identify fast and slow movers and work with GMM and MM on action plan
    • Coordinate the execution of transfers and consolidations

3.  Business Intelligence
    • Compile statistical data: reporting, KPI updates
    • Competitor analysis
    • Maintain monthly pricing and exchange rate evolution

4.  Visual Merchandising
    • Communicate standards of visual presentation
    • Issue product highlights
    • Compile monthly VM reports & compare to sales performance to review with GMM

Requirements

• Final year university student of Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related discipline is preferred
• Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - French & Chinese a plus, but not compulsory
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
• Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills
• Pro-active and think out of the box
• Analytical skills & good time management
