Responsibilities:

• Responsible for seasonal data analysis for the global order allocation and developments.
• Product data management of all related information for alignment of the product life-styles.
• Assist Category and Regional Technical Team to co-ordinate with counterparts to ensure the product line is aligned with business and brand initiatives.
• Support the merchandising team in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports, coordination and execution of all merchandising and sales tools.
• Support regional development, sales sample order placement, process management and keep track sample arrival timeline.
• Communicate and cooperate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide administrative & clerical support to Managers / Directors.
• Handle ad hoc projects & proactive to solve problems whenever necessary.

Requirements:

• Associated degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent in related discipline
• 3 years solid experience in sales coordination / product management / merchandising
• Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills
• Good time management & organization
• Excellence in MS Excel. Fluency in MS Word & Power point. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
