About Our Client (Electronic Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the Electronic companies,is now looking for a Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join their team. The job duties are as follows:
- Handles customer PO, invoice
- Delivery arrangement
- Inventory Control
- Liaise with customers and assist in solving their problems
- Forecast Evaluation
- Communicate with different departments internally to ensure smooth operation
- Handle SAP System
Requirement
- F.7 or above, 2 - 3 years related working experience preferred
- Good Command of English & Mandarin
- Japanese speaking is highly preferred
- Experience in SAP is highly preferred
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Working days: Mon-Fri
- Location : Kowloon Area
- Salary : Up to 18K
- Double pay, Overtime Pay, Dis. bonus, Annual Leave
- Transportation allowance, Medical benefits & MPF.
