Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be a focal contact point for overseas customers
- To respond customers promptly on daily routines such as Quotations, Order status, Quality inquiries, and Delivery status.
- To maintain, manage and develop the supplier base
- To be responsible for price comparison and analysis
- To monitor supplier performance for quality, lead time and price improvement
- To build up strong relationships with customer and suppliers
Requirement
- Degree holder and 5 years above working experience in electronic field with customer service and supplier management experience.
- Knowledge in PCB manufacturing process is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Able to cope in a fast pace and flexible working environment, well-organized and have an effective time-management
- Ability to review the engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communications skills and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Frequent travel to suppliers visit in China is required.
