Responsibilities:

• To follow up on client’s enquiries;
• To obtain the most desirable quotation from different factories to facilitate product development and order processing;
• To arrange relevant documents such as SC/CT on orders placed by clients and make sure all requirements are processed on time;
• To ensure the factories are in compliance with client's compliance standard commercially and legally;
• To handle problems or issues related to quality and delivery schedule, and well informed the progress to related parties (i.e. Clients and supervisor);
• To provide after sales services and follow up with clients’ feedback on sales results;
• To analyze market trend and work with the supervisor on business presentation.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or degree holder in any discipline;
• At least 4-5 years of merchandising work experience, exposure to trading and manufacturing field is a definite advantage;
• Have extensive network and vendor base in sourcing Toys, Seasonal, Craft, Novelty, Gift or Promotional items;
• Possess good communication skill, well versed in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel (including Pivot Table, vlookup, etc.);
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skill, able to work under pressure and good team player;
• Frequently travel to PRC factories are required;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
