Responsibilities

• Products and materials sourcing
• Responsible for pre-production and bulk orders follow up with our US office, factories and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Sample handling includes schedule, photo shooting, packing and delivery arrange
• Handling shipping and logistic
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Occasional travel to China

 
Requirements

• MINIMUM 3 YEAR working experience in PERSONAL CARE Items
• Good in written and spoken English is essential
• Fluent Cantonese and good command of Mandarin
• F.7 equivalent or above
• High motivation and flexibility
• Detail oriented, well organized, responsible, willing to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office (including Outlooks, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing)
• Immediate available is an advantage

Attractive remuneration package including 5-day week, 12 days annual leave and double pay.
