Job Purpose

• Analyze the regional performance and market needs.
• Build up existing network and explore business opportunities and help to assist developing new business partners
• Communicate with HQ and deliver the information clearly to all clients to reinforce and present the brand image

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting Distributions Manager to develop, control and manage the Childrenswear and Men’s Underwear wholesale accounts in Asia Pacific
• Close follow-up of all wholesale customers from selling campaigns point to retail reporting and daily operations follow-up
• Review OTB/Mark-up strategies with customers
• Attending sales campaign in Italy and guiding customers through HQ merchandizing guidelines (must buy/market needs)
• Provide product feedbacks to Headquarter
• Analyze retail sales performances: Quantitative (sales data/sell through reports) and Qualitative (products feedbacks from the final clients, best sellers/slow movers/category mix, price analysis and competitors analysis)
• Prepare training documents and conduct seasonal product and brand trainings to customers
• Help in business development, develop new POS, obtain market information from customers and landlords/consolidate all the necessary information & report to the Management
• Responsible for inputting & processing all orders to Company’s system and liaise with customers service for follow-up and coordination with Headquarter and customers

Job Qualifications & Specifications

• University Degree in related disciplines
• A minimum of 3-year wholesale related experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
