Job Responsibilities:

• Develop product & merchandise strategies in order to achieve company goals
• Lead merchandising teams to execute product sourcing according to shop / operation requests
• Closely work with product planning team for product request and assortment
• Liaise with vendors for merchandising needs, costing and ensure the goods are produced on time
• Build-up, maintain, evaluate the existing vendor portfolio and source new potential vendors for vendor pool

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• With Jewelery qualified certificates such as GIA / FGA...etc
• Min. 7 years in sourcing and merchandising of fine jewelry. Experience in Retail is a must
• Existing relationships with suppliers in China and APAC
• Strong sense of jewelry trend
• Strong understanding of merchandise flow and processes
• Strong sales & operation knowledge with good commercial sense
