Role & Responsibilities: 

• Prepare OTB and launching plan
• Formulate buying plan in terms of category, size section, replenishment, stock allocation and consolidation
• Assist the team in achieving sales and profit based on budgeted sales plan
• Prepare sales and inventory reports and monitor inventory distribution
• Analyze merchandising performance to identify bestsellers, potential markdowns product
• Work closely with operations and marketing departments to formulate product sales and marketing strategies
• Provide trend and product training to frontline staff regularly

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in fashion or related discipline
• 4 years’ related experience in footwear/fashion retail industry is preferred
• Solid OTB experience with good numeric sense
• Strong business sense with good analytical mind and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, independent and open minded
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
