Responsibilities:

• Assisting the purchasing team on documentation and reports on a daily routine, mainly towards memory Team
• Ensure that the backorder report is reviewed daily in fulfillment of customer orders
• Acts as a liaison between purchasing and the sales department if required
• Might have some interactions with overseas sales and purchasing occasionally
• Checking with the receiving department on parts that have been received
• Training will be provided on purchasing strategies, negotiation techniques, and other related areas
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager or Purchasing Supervisor on daily basis
• Delegate routine tasks assigned by Purchasing Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2+ years of related experiences or with memory commodity experience will be an added advantage
• Fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Work Processing
• Self confident and good team player
• Immediate available preferred
