Our client is a global toys manufacturing company; they are now hiring a sales admin clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle order taking and follow up
• Issue P/O, C/O and provide label instruction to factory
• Coordinate with internal department and vendor for whole production processing
• Monitor production status, check QCI and shipment schedules
• Handle License pre-production checking, quotation checking, Lab Test arrangement and factory invoice checking
• Handle sample arrangement such as license sample, marketing sample and replacement sample
• Communicate with outsource vendor for event material arrangement suck as poster and leaflet

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related studies
• At least 1-2 year’s relevant experience
• Welcome fresh graduates
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup is a MUST) and Chinese Word processing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
