Our client, a Japanese Electronic Trading Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Temporary Sales Coordinator - Jan to Apr, 2018 (Ref: #18490)

 Job Descriptions:

• Follow up sales orders and provide assistance for sales team 
  
• Issue invoice, delivery notes, packing list, PO and other related documents
• Handle general shipping related documents and monitor delivery schedule 
• Liaise with forwarders, factories, suppliers, sub-office and other parties for shipment and delivery arrangement 
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties 

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Hands on experience as Sales Coordinator from electronic manufacturer / trading company would be highly preferred
• Capable to speak good Japanese language (JLPT: N2 or above)
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin 
• Immediate available would be highly preferred
• Willing to work with small size company and passionate on Japanese culture 
• Contract period:  Jan - Apr, 2018 
• Contract extension is subject to business needs and candidate performance
