• Provide clerical supports to merchandising team
• Products sourcing
• Inquiries and Orders follow up
• Sample handling includes schedule, photo shooting, packing and delivery arrange
• data entry, filing, prepare quotations, purchase contracts
• Communicate with third parties service provider
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Occasional travel to China
  
  

Requirements

• MINIMUM 3 YEAR working experience in same post
• Good in written and spoken English is essential
• Fluent Cantonese and good command of Mandarin
• F.7 equivalent or above
• High motivation and flexibility
• Detail oriented, well organized
• Good Team player
• Good communication skill

Applicant with less experience will be considered as Junior Merchandiser
