Key roles and duties

• Responsible for Placing Orders to Suppliers and Arranging Shipments
• Liase with logistics and sales team about the storage location and schedule
• Share Global and HK Wholesale Market Information with Sales Department
• System Input and Filing
• Assist Procurement Team to Achieve Purchasing Plan
  

Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• 1 years working experience or above, experience of working in procurement/ purchasing field is definite an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & both Chinese and English typing
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese
• Detail-minded, with strong and accurate math skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
