• 2-3 years or above experience in fashion design.
• Diploma in fashion or related disciplines.
• Self-motivated, creative and talented in fashion design with enthusiasm for new aspirations.
• Responsible for research and analysis of fashion and market trend direction and be able to convert them into high street commercial garments.
• Responsible to initiate seasonal designs using available fabrics & accessories.
• Responsible to co-operate with colleagues and merchandising to develop collections demanded by clients.
• Responsible for the design and production process from initial sketches, subsequent style amendment, fitting and pre-production stage.
• Be able to develop marketable collections to suit customer requirements.
• Be familiar with fabric, trim and accessory sourcing.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English.
• Good fashion & commercial sense.
• Occasional travel to China is required.
