Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the merchandising team on sourcing activity including sourcing, comparing and selecting competitive suppliers to provide cost effective and high quality products for the assigned business category
• Responsible for supplier management, including supplier evaluation, comparison, control, complain settlement etc.
• Responsible for order control and follow up, including Ordering Tracking System operation, time control, price negotiation, sample check, coordination with QA for product testing, factory assessment etc,
• Prepare quotation, line sheet and relevant documents
• Handle inquiries from overseas buyer
• Occasionally travel to visit suppliers to develop partnership.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with around 1 year working experience
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sound PC knowledge
