Responsibilities:

• Providing Sales supports to sales team in Hong Kong;
• Preparing quotation, PI/PO, Sales report, arrange delivery and other sales activities;
• Responsible for daily correspondences with overseas manufacturers;
• Responsible for internal co-ordination of order processing.

Requirements:

• F.7 / HKDSE or above;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in sales administration;
• Experience in handling full set I/E shipping documents is a must;
• Attentive to details and customer oriented; motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Mandarin;
• Sound computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Words Processing is essential;
• Willing to work overtime if necessary;
