Responsibilities:

• Lead a sizable merchandising team covering a handbag hardware and jewellery, with general merchandise as a core;
• Formulate merchandising strategy and product strategies to ensure fulfilment of the overall business strategy and company vision;
• Interact proactively with internal sales operation teams and external business entities on merchandising plan, product proposal, business promotions and customer feedback;
• Develop tactical sales events in line with the seasonal festivities.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or related disciplines;
• Min 15 years’ Merchandising experience in handbag with at least 10 years in managerial level and lead over 15 subordinates;
• A strategic and charismatic leader with strong commitment to excellence and strong in people and time management;
• Solid experience in merchandising of handbag, handbag hardware and/or jewellery, sales forecast, sales analysis and budget planning;
• Extensive business knowledge, people networking, innovative thinking and sensitive to market trends;
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and organization skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin;
• Station in China, Dongguan;
• Immediate available is preferred.
