Job Description
Design driven trading company for seasonal items, gift, home decoration and other home sundries products strong in creative product innovation – mainly for US, North America and European markets – small trading offices located in Hong Kong – we are looking for a MERCHANDISER – with details as follows :
- Form 5 or above.
- 5 years experience in Manufacture or Trading companies
- Experience in seasonal/gift/home decoration is highly prefer
- Working experience in USA & Europe markets
- Able to work independently for order follow up, sourcing, inspection, monitor production and shipment
- Good product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Business level of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Strong sourcing record history of seasonal, Sundries, Gifts and Home Décor Products.
- Project management experience or skill
- Responsible for & work independently for order follow-up, sourcing, inspection, monitor production and shipment
- Ensure that production requirements are communicated clearly to necessary business partners and that production processes are managed in a manner that ensures on time delivery;
- Diagnose production programs and work with factory personnel to develop alternatives;
- Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, and product specifications and delivery requirements
- Occassional China trips needed, not frequent
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
