Job Descriptions:

- International commodity, shipping and marine fuel market analysis with weekly report and monthly summaries.

- Build and develop new clients as well as maintaining strong relationship with existing clientele and related government departments.

- Contract and tender review for commodity procurement, including terms and conditions negotiation with clients in a professional manner.

- Supervise full set of shipping and banking documents for L/C application and negotiation.

- Coordinate shipments between clients and suppliers.

- Operation of Panamax vessels including voyage schedule arrangement, charter party negotiation, bunker oil purchase, insurance, payment of disbursement, certificate handling etc.

- Operation analysis including annual budget, quarterly and annually analysis report of commodity procurement and shipping operations.

Job Requirements:

- University degree or above. Business, Procurement, Shipping Management or related discipline.

- At least 3 years of commodity trading experience, specialising in Thermal Coal

- Familiar with contracting and tendering process and general purchase contract terms and conditions.

- Familiar with general ocean shipping operations.

- Possess strong analytical, marketing and problem solving, communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, driven and responsible individual

- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Both oral and written)

- Willingness to travel and adaptable to foreign cultures

-  Travel to PRC frequently
