Job Description
DUTIES:
-
Assist in contract handling, order processing and shipment follow up
-
Support superiors for samples handling, answering enquiries and filing
-
Provide administrative supports to the team
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Diploma or above, with English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / DSE
-
Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience as Assistant Merchandiser, including at least 1 full year of experience in merchandising field
-
Experience and knowledge in categories of Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics
-
Experience in sourcing / trading firms with Europe markets preferred
-
Proactive, strong self-motivation and diligent
-
Detail-minded and good time management. Able to follow up through ordering process and keep track on project deadlines
-
Excellent team player with can-do attitude
-
Good communication skill and able to communicate across different departments
-
Multi-cultural environment experience is an advantage
-
Proficient in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
