Job Requirement:

• Diploma holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year's purchasing experience preferably gained from the food business
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
   

Job Duties:

• Follow up on purchasing orders and provide administrative support
• Update orders and shipments information for Sales / CS Department
• Collaborate with suppliers or trade association for samples delivery
• Prepare and organize product training / demonstration for sales staff
• Responsible for inventory administration of product samples
• Assist in organizing ad hoc company events if required

** Candidates with more experience would be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer position
