Requirements

Minimum 8 years experience in high end head ware and sport bags manufacturing field

Strong sense of European and US market trends

Strong suppliers network

Good communications and negotiation skill with customers and suppliers

Independent, pro-active, detail-oriented and good presentation skill

Excellent in written and spoken English, Italian language knowledge is a plus

Capable, in charge of head ware and sports bags accessory product development

Duties

• Report to GM to perform daily duties from product development to shipment.
• Work with sourcing team to expand suppliers network 
• Provide proper information to client and create trend boards for presentation purpose
• Responsible for price negotiation, costing and budgeting

• Develop and source solutions from concept through to production sampling
• Collaborate with customer's design and project management teams identifying technical solutions
• Will be required to be part of delivering total customer service experience and ensuring the customer expectation are served
