Buyer (Perfume & Cosmetics)

Job Requirements:

• University graduate preferable
• 3 years "buying experience" preferably in Perfume/Cosmetics/Skin Care products
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and able to communicate with vendors verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical mind and good at figures
• A team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent PC skills(MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, familiar with Vlookup and Pivot Table is a definite asset
• Mature mind and stable

Responsibilities:

• Order planning
• Negotiation and coordination with vendors
• Attend vendor meetings and prepare meeting reports
• Monitor sales performance and compile related reports
• Coordination with internal departments and external parties for promotion programs,merchandise display and order follow up etc,
• Supervise the work of 1-2 subordinates
• Other ad hoc assignments
