Our client is a global leading MNC specialized in B2B service sector. In order to cope with the propelling business in Asia Pacific region, they have confirmed a newly created headcount of Senior Procurement Manager (2-Year contract) which will be based in Hong Kong (Asia Pacific hub).

Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement based in Europe, you will be responsible for setting up and formulating the regional procurement/ purchasing strategy. You will work as an independent contributor and act as business partner with senior management for coming up with cost saving and value-added initiatives in innovative manner. You will build the best procurement/ purchasing practice guidelines for key spend categories. You will define new supplier performance improvement criteria and measures.

To be equipped for this role, you should be a Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Business/ Financial Management/ any other related disciplines with at least 10 years of domestic and regional commercial procurement/ purchasing experience preferably from MNCs. Former experience gained from hospitality, B2B service, MICE, etc will be an absolute advantage. You should be independent and be able to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders or business partners of different cultural background. You should speak fluent English and Chinese.
