Involve in performing multiple duties related to the purchasing functions of the organization within the established guidelines.   

Responsibilities

• Monitor & process the Purchase Requisition (PR) & Market List (ML).
• Achieve operations efficiency in sourcing and related administration process.
• Handle the provisioning arrangement
• Responsible for the preparation of purchasing report.
• Attend exhibitions to gain wider scope of exposure on the latest market product in order to obtain a competitive pricing for the company.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree qualification in Business Studies / Economics/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, preferably in F&B, hospitality, merchandising industry.
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with people at all levels and able to work independently.
• Computer literacy in MS office including excel.
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
