Job Descriptions:

Product development: supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency

Order development: supervise team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Follow up merchandising process from client servicing, product development, supplier sourcing and quality management to product delivery

Negotiate and control buying/purchase prices and costs to maximize profitability and attain margin goals

Build strong collaboration with merchandisers and factories to work seamlessly to deliver good quality products and minimize defective rate.

Job Requirements:

Degree or above

Minimum 10 years + of manufacturing / quality or related experience in which minimum 5 years in senior managerial level

Solid experience in serving US buyer

Strong communication skills and problem solving

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Willing to travel
