Job Duties:

• Act as an all-rounded HR generalist and provide full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll and MPF preparation, monitor and update HRIS and filing system, monitor staff attendance and leave records, prepare and review HR statistics and reports, provide professional advice and services to internal customers, organising staff and company activities, etc.
• Ensure the compliance of regulations, policies and company internal procedures for all human resources matters
• Review and enhance HR procedures, processes and policies on an on-going basis
• Keep abreast of HR trends and practices
• A hands on individual who takes a common sense approach
• Provide support to any ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• At least F.7 plus formal training in Human Resources Management or Business Administration preferable
• Minimum 5 years experience in human resources management field
• Solid knowledge and experience in Payroll and MPF calculation and administration
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employee related regulations
• Well organized and detail oriented with positive attitude, proactive, capable of independent work, flexible
• High level of accuracy and pay attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
