Job Description
Our client is a luxury watch maker brand combining noble watchmaking traditions with avant-garde innovations.To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join the team.
The Job:
- Coordinate daily operational & administrative activities
- Facilitate communication between office and shop
- Administer stock transfer & adjustment between shops
- Prepare weekly/ monthly sales and merchandise reports
- Assist in the coordination of new store opening projects
- Prepare all kinds of shop reports and KPI analysis
- Assist in wholesale business logistics in Asia Pacific
The Candidate:
- Diploma or above in business studies or other related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years’ working experience preferably with retail exposure
- Excellent MS Excel skills including Vlookup and Pivot Table is a must
- Responsible, proactive, detail minded and well organized
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
