Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a purchasing team to source direct and in-direct material/equipment.
- Manage the impact of costs, inventory, and on time delivery from suppliers.
- Develop KPIs for the Purchasing team and keep track the performance of each team member.
- Evaluate and monitor suppliers performance.
- Develop and execute procurement and purchasing strategies which align with the company direction.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Purchasing/Supply Chain management or related disciplines
- 5+ years experience in sourcing and purchasing experience
- Experience in multinational companies is an advantage
- Well versed with ERP system preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese
- Station in Dongguan, China
