Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to General Manager
- Responsible to full spectrum of procurement function and execute logistic and supply chain strategies
- Arrange delivery schedule, order goods and manage the lead time
- Negotiate to suppliers, monitor cost control and maintain efficient margin
- Handle documentations such as invoices, purchase order, etc
- To maintain and enhance relationships with new and existing suppliers
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated, preferred in Procurement Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years solid purchasing experience, preferable in retail industry
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
- Proactive, initiative and result-oriented
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
